ALICE AND GLORIA
Alice was seven when she adopted Gloria as a calf. However, living in the local orphanage at the time, staff didn't think it such a good idea for a little cow to live on the premises. But the two got along so well and Alice's mental and emotional state improved so much that townsfolk stepped in on Gloria's behalf, offering to pay for her upkeep and care.
She and Alice have been inseparable ever since. As a matter of fact, since the addition of Gloria, many other animals have moved in as companions to the orphans. (go back to "Time Together")
