Alice and Gloria

Alice was seven when she adopted Gloria as a calf. However, at the time, staff didn't think it such a good idea for the orphanage to allow a cow on the premises. But the two got along so well, and the little girl's mental and emotional state improved so much that townsfolk stepped in on the calf's behalf. As a result, Gloria and Alice have been inseparable ever since. By the way, the Quester twins offered the most help. They may have big mouths for gossiping, but they also have very big, generous hearts. As a matter of fact, since the addition of Gloria, many other animals have moved in as companions to the orphans.
